Young Leaders Initiative – Extra Credit Opportunity

After completing the initial 12-week programme, some students may discover a passion for this learning model and could benefit from taking an active role in supporting the next cohort.

Teaching a skill is one of the most effective ways to strengthen your own abilities and build confidence in your knowledge. In my experience, even the most disruptive students can transform into patient, capable team members when given the opportunity to guide and mentor others.

Helping the next cohort is not only extra credit—it’s a chance to practice leadership, teamwork, and communication while making a real difference.
